Position Summary

The role involves sourcing (procurement) responsibilities across a broad range of spend categories (HR, Finance, Facilities, IT, Analytics) and developing category sourcing plans.
Key ResponsibilitiesThe position requires cross‑functional collaboration across PRA Group’s U.S. business in the development of requests for proposals, contract negotiations, administration, and leadership of the sourcing and supplier/vendor selection process. Key tasks include:
- Conduct category spend analysis to identify areas of spend deficiency.
- Lead planning and acquisition projects for assigned business units (HR, Finance, Consulting, Tax and Audit Services, Facilities, Security, Building Maintenance). This includes identifying savings and service opportunities.
- Manage the RFI/RFP process or vendor selection and lead price negotiations.
- Collaborate with Vendor Relationship Owners to develop appropriate statements of work and business requirements for accurate and effective contracts.
- Ensure completion of compliance documentation (e.g., OFAC searches, due diligence questionnaires, IT assessment documents) in accordance with policy and procedure.
- Support/Facilitate approval to spend and purchase order process, collaborating with the Office of General Counsel to secure market‑optimal terms and conditions, statements of work, and service level agreements.
- In partnership with key stakeholders, protect assets and ensure services are terminated or transitioned to a new supplier as needed.

- Facilities – Security, Building Maintenance
Bachelor’s degree required; and/or a Strategic Sourcing Certification.
- Minimum 6+ years of related sourcing work experience across various spend categories.
- Demonstrated experience leading RFPs and negotiating high‑dollar service agreements or managing strategic vendors.
- In‑depth knowledge of contract types, sourcing methods and procedures, performance incentives, and procurement tools.
- Highly effective interpersonal, technical, and business acumen skills.
- Strong project management and communication skills.
- Track record of meeting cost‑reduction targets.
- Effective networking and relationship‑building capabilities.
- Willingness to assume responsibility.
