Business Operations Summer Intern
Date range:
June 4 – August 6 (9‑week program)
Pay rate: $15/hour

The Business Operations Intern for the summer of 2026 will work with our Field Operation Management teams. Med Speed is pursuing a candidate motivated with basic knowledge of business operations. As an intern, you will assist with the daily operations and gain first‑hand experience in multiple facets of our Field Operations department.
How You Will Contribute:- Understand routing and support scheduling
- Review routing to see any efficiencies that can be made
- Assist with vehicle maintenance and cleanliness
- Conduct compliance audits as needed
- Support management team with daily tasks
- Special projects
- Build and nurture a collaborative Med Speed team culture
- Other job‑related duties as assigned
- Enrollment in a bachelor’s degree program in Business Management is preferred (rising senior)
- Excellent written and oral communication, strong interpersonal skills, collaboration, able to work well across departments
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks appropriately
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office software:
Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
