Responsibilities
Kforce is immediately seeking an experienced Business Systems Analyst in support of our enterprise telecommunications and mass media client based in Charlotte, NC.
- Acting as a product owner - assisting with the definition and communication of a clear product vision and strategy for our customer communications that aligns with overall business goals and enhances user experience.
- Owning the communications experience, including roadmap, backlog, and feature prioritization.
- Collaborating with development, design/content, marketing, customer support, and other stakeholders to design and implement efficient, scalable, and personalized communications.
- Partnering with cross-functional teams to test and iterate on message delivery timing, channels, and content to improve engagement metrics.
- Working with development teams to bring to life effective communications.
- Analyzing and understanding interdependencies, business risks, and risk mitigators that could impact or be impacted by the delivery of new products and services.
- Driving A/B testing and experimentation for communication strategies and messaging effectiveness.
- Monitoring performance metrics such as churn impact, call volume, opt‑outs and more while making data‑driven decisions on customer comms and experiences.
- Managing and overseeing communications like email, SMS, RCS, push notifications and more.
- Business Operations Analysis experience: 3 years or more;
Telecommunications and/or experience with technology/software products: 3 years or more. - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field or equivalent experience.
- Technical skills:
Personal computer and software applications (e.g., Word, Excel, PowerPoint); proficiency with notification delivery systems like Pinpoint, Firebase, Skycreek, Twilio, etc. - Skills:
analyze and synthesize complex data, project management. - Abilities: quickly identify business problems & opportunities, understanding of user experience and customer experience best practices, communicate effectively through speaking and writing, define key performance indicators/metrics, manage multiple projects simultaneously, document, prepare, and present data‑driven presentations, make decisions and solve problems while working under pressure, partner with internal and external stakeholders.
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
