As a Project Management Intern at Arthur Elliott, you’ll gain hands-on experience supporting the execution of client and internal projects. This role offers a behind-the-scenes view of how integrated marketing campaigns come together, while equipping you with foundational skills in organization, communication, and project workflow. You’ll assist the project management team in keeping projects on track, ensuring documentation is complete, and supporting collaboration across departments.
This is an unpaid internship with a 12 week duration of 15-20 hours per week.

Responsibilities- Assist project managers with day-to-day project tasks
- Conduct research to support project planning and assist in the tactical execution of campaign deliverables and internal initiatives
- Take meeting notes and distribute recaps and action items
- Attend team and client meetings to observe and learn project workflow
- Support the scheduling of meetings and milestone check-ins
- Help identify and flag project bottlenecks or risks to the team
- Participate in process improvement discussions and team retrospectives
- Learn and use project management tools (Wrike, Teams)
- Real-world experience supporting cross-functional marketing projects
- Exposure to agency workflows, timelines, and client expectations
- Mentorship from seasoned project managers and agency leaders
- Enhanced communication, time management, and documentation skills
- A potential pathway to future full-time roles at Arthur Elliott
- Current student or recent graduate in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Clear written and verbal communication
- Eagerness to learn and contribute in a team environment
- Comfort with Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with project management software is a plus
- Ability to manage time effectively and adapt in a fast-paced agency setting
- Self-starter with a positive, collaborative attitude
