This internship provides a unique view into Siemens’ Workforce Development sales operations and strategies, focusing on account planning, marketing/program planning, and university engagements to promote Siemens Digital Industries solutions.
Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with internal and external teams, including the Global Academic Strategy team and various university leaderships
- Develop comprehensive account plans and understand strategic account plans and development strategies
- Create Workforce Development Success Stories involving specific universities
- Utilize tools such as , Linked In, Pitchbook, Tableau, and Zoom Info for list development
- Perform hands‑on outbound activities to communicate targeted messages
- Strong understanding of sales operations and marketing strategies
- Proficient in CRM and data analysis tools
- Excellent collaboration skills and ability to work with internal and external teams
- Keen interest in education, workforce development, and university collaborations
- Ability to develop strategic plans and execute targeted outreach initiatives
The hourly pay range for this position is $23.00 to $50.00 for technical roles or $18.00 to $44.00 for non‑technical positions. Interns are eligible to contribute to a 401(k) program.
