Product Manager

Are you ready to own a portfolio that drives growth in the heavy-duty collision aftermarket
?

We’re looking for a Product Segment Manager to take full ownership of our collision components line—including grilles, fenders, hoods, and windshields.

Why this role matters:

You won’t just manage a single product, you’ll own the full collision segment, responsible for volume, margin, product positioning, and overall portfolio strategy. You’ll work across dealers, distributors, national accounts, and suppliers to ensure products are available, competitive, and positioned for growth.

What you’ll do:

• Lead product lifecycle and pricing strategy for OEM, genuine, and private-label equivalents.
• Drive competitive analysis and portfolio planning
• Partner with purchasing, supply chain, finance, and distribution teams to bring products to market efficiently.
• Support product launches, dealer training, and national account engagement.
• Act as the central hub connecting data, teams, and strategy to maximize growth.

Who we’re looking for:

• Experienced in product or portfolio management in the heavy-duty aftermarket.
• Understanding of the Heavy Duty OEM space
• Commercially savvy, strategic, and confident interacting with dealers, suppliers, and cross-functional teams.
