Business Operations & Strategy Consultant
The Business Operations & Strategy Consultant serves as a key member of the Business Enablement function acting as an execution partner to Business Enablement Leads (BELs) and Wholesale Technology, Data & Operations (TD&O) leadership, this role helps translate business priorities into actionable plans, ensuring transparency, operational effectiveness, and alignment with enterprise requirements. The role operates as an extension of the Business Management Office, coordinating across technology, business, finance, risk, audit, human resources, sourcing, and enterprise partners to support the successful execution of organizational priorities.
This individual helps drive disciplined execution, monitors operational health, manages reporting and governance routines, and supports continuous improvement efforts that enable business and technology teams to achieve strategic objectives.

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent education, training, and work-related experience.
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in business operations or related professional roles.
- Strong knowledge of business processes and technology applications.
- Proficiency in standard office software (e.g., Microsoft Office).
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Technology, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in consulting, business operations, project management, or strategy-related roles.
- Demonstrated ability to coordinate cross-functionally, manage costs, drive operational improvements, and enhance business processes.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-support skills, with experience leveraging data, performance metrics, and business insights to influence outcomes.
- Proven ability to manage multiple initiatives and priorities while driving process improvement, operational efficiency, and change management activities.
- Strong relationship management and collaboration skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Power BI, and other business reporting and analytics tools.
- Experience leveraging Microsoft Copilot or other AI-enabled productivity tools is preferred.
