CSBB Strategic Execution Director
The CSBB Strategic Execution Director supports the development, refinement, and communication of CSBB strategy by translating enterprise direction, performance insights, and external context into clear priorities, decision frameworks, and executive-ready narratives. This role serves as a critical integrator across Strategy, Performance, Analytics, Finance, and Line of Business partners, ensuring alignment between strategic intent, execution realities, and leadership messaging. The position focuses on shaping decisions and improving clarity and alignment for senior leaders, without owning underlying analytics production, performance reporting, or post-approval execution.

- Support development and ongoing refinement of CSBB strategy by translating enterprise direction into clear priorities, strategic outcomes, and decision frameworks.
- Integrate performance trends, analytics insights, and external context to inform strategic trade-offs, risk considerations, and investment prioritization.
- Synthesize inputs from Strategy, Performance, Analytics, Finance, and Line of Business leaders into coherent, decision-ready perspectives for CSBB leadership.
- Partner with Corporate Strategy, CSBB, and SEBP leaders to ensure alignment between strategic intent, execution realities, and executive messaging.
- Develop executive-level materials and narratives supporting key forums, including Board, TPA, ESEC, and external communications.
- Translate complex strategic, financial, and performance inputs into clear, concise recommendations that support leadership decision-making.
- Ensure consistency and clarity of strategic messaging across executive materials, aligning with enterprise framing and priorities.
- Act as a peer leader across Insights, Strategic Execution, and Performance teams to align perspectives, assumptions, and outputs without direct ownership of underlying analytics or execution.
- Provide structured challenge and perspective on strategic hypotheses, investment proposals, and performance narratives to improve decision quality.
- Support leadership in preparing for key strategy and performance routines by shaping agendas, framing decisions, and ensuring clear articulation of trade-offs and implications.
Qualifications
Required Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience and related training;
- 8–10 years of experience in strategy, business management, analytics, finance, or related roles within large, complex organizations;
- Demonstrated ability to translate strategy, performance insights, and business priorities into clear recommendations and decision frameworks for senior leadership;
- Strong business acumen with the ability to connect strategy, financial outcomes, and performance drivers;
- Proven experience synthesizing complex inputs from multiple stakeholders into concise, executive-ready materials;
- Experience partnering across highly matrixed teams, including Strategy, Finance, Analytics, and Line of Business leadership;
- Strong executive communication skills, including development of materials for senior leadership and governance forums;
- Ability to influence without formal authority, operating as a peer leader across multiple functions.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications, such as Microsoft Office software products;
- Ability to travel, occasionally overnight;
Preferred Qualifications:
- Advanced degree (MBA or equivalent) or comparable experience demonstrating strategic and analytical depth;
- Experience in financial services, particularly consumer banking, small business banking, or related segments;
- Experience supporting enterprise or segment strategy, performance management, or executive governance processes;
- Familiarity with executive-level forums (e.g., Board materials, strategic reviews, or enterprise governance routines);
- Experience in strategy consulting or similar environments requiring structured problem-solving and executive communication;
