The iMRI Division's Busineses Operations & Execution Manager will optimize commercialization of products, solutions, and efficiencies by building standard procedures to support and achieve the Division's vision, strategy, business plan, and overall company priorities.
Responsibilities- Focus on executing and launching the processes, solutions, and initiatives, once a process is determined and finalized.
- Support ad-hoc process, change management in areas where a need is identified, Commercial Productivity implementation.
- Ensure operational processes are efficient, effective and compliant in meeting the needs of our customers and internal stakeholders.
Focus on executing and launching the products & solutions, once a process is determined and finalized - Lead efforts to measure and ensure processes are being followed-through and meeting expecta-tions
- Support ad-hoc process management in areas where a need is identified, including reimburse-ment and product optimization.
- Ensure new operational processes are efficient, effective and compliant in meeting the needs of our customers and internal stakeholders, in order to achieve the Division mission, vision and purpose
- Work closely with others within the Division, company Functions and Operational Units to im-plement the Division strategy & operational efficiencies
- Ensure consistency in priorities, policies, compliance, processes, structure and programs
- Maintain, execute and follow up on operational activities in alignment with division global and regional goals
- Partner with sales and marketing team(s) in leading and executing the market initiatives
- Partner with Brand Marketing and Product Management in sales execution of roll outs and launches of big market initiatives
- Partner with Strategic Accounts Team & Corporate Accounts Teams in execution of contract launches and economic solutions
- Identify and manage all other relevant collaboration partners within the iMRI Division as well as functions and operational units
- Work closely with others within the Divisions, company Functions and Operational Units to implement s strategy & operational efficiencies resulting from Commercial Productivity.
- Ensure consistency in priorities, policies, compliance, processes, structure and programs.
- Facilitate cross functional communication, collaboration, and training to ensure a unified approach to achieving goals.
- Establish and maintain effective communication channels with internal stakeholders, fostering a culture of transparency and alignment.
- Maintain, execute and follow up on operational activities in alignment with global and regional goals.
- Identify and manage all other relevant collaboration partners within the divisions, functions and operational units.
- Meet deadlines for administrative tasks such as expenses, training, reporting, policy acknowledgements, etc. in a timely manner.
- Within scope of responsibility, ensure all quality, regulatory, and product-specific requirements are met.
- Understand and be accountable for conducting Cook business with integrity and in compliance with applicable standards including Cook policies.
Required Experience:
- College degree in related field and/or equivalent relevant experience
- Extensive experience in sales, marketing, product management, pricing, or corporate accounts in the medical device industry.
- Prior experience working cross-functionally to achieve business objectives and drive efficiencies.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, and Outlook)
- Experience with Salesforce CRM and Service Now

Physical Requirements/Work Environment:
- Ability to travel up to 75%.
- Work under general office environmental conditions.
