Senior Business Execution Analyst

The Senior Business Execution Analyst independently owns the execution of complex business work streams, operating routines, and priority initiatives. This role is accountable for translating direction into delivered outputs by managing dependencies, producing leader-ready materials, and ensuring work moves from intake through completion. Operating with a high degree of autonomy, the Senior Analyst serves as a reliable execution leader for defined areas of work—coordinating across functions, resolving issues, and maintaining execution discipline.

Strategy provides context for the work; execution and delivery are the core accountability. This job description is for use in all segments and businesses across CSBB.
