We're currently looking for a reliable HVAC Service Dispatcher to join our team and play a key role in keeping our service technicians and customers happy.

Schedule:

Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM (some weekends may be required)

Location:

Mint Hill, NC

• Dispatch service technicians efficiently and maintain their daily schedules
• Schedule return visits with customers once parts arrive
• Manage the on-call rotation for technicians
• Keep the customer database accurate and up to date
• Communicate clearly with customers about scheduling, lead times, and service updates
• Work closely with department managers, technicians, and accounting
• Prepare service invoices and timecards for processing
• Provide maintenance contract billing information to accounting

• Previous dispatching or administrative/customer service experience
• Service Titan software experience is required
• HVAC industry or dispatching experience is highly preferred (but not required - we can train the right person)
• Extremely organized with strong multi-tasking abilities
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Good geographical knowledge of the Charlotte service area or strong map-reading skills
