Job Title: Manager, Anti-Trafficking Initiatives & Strategy
Reports To: Director of Anti-Human Trafficking Initiatives
Status: Full-Time, Exempt
Essential Duties And ResponsibilitiesThis role reports to the Director of Anti-Human Trafficking Initiatives with additional support provided to Executive Leadership.
Support the agency mission by providing hope and healing to those impacted by domestic violence, sexual assault, human trafficking, and child maltreatment through a trauma-informed, survivor-centered approach.
This full-time position serves a dual role within the organization:
- 50% Anti-Trafficking Initiatives & Community Partnerships focused on coordination of services, community partnerships, systems collaboration, training, program development, and anti-trafficking initiatives.
- 50% Executive Strategy & Program Operations providing high-level administrative, project management, relationship management, and community engagement support to agency executive leadership and key strategic initiatives.
The position works closely with community stakeholders, government agencies, funders, executive leadership, and partner organizations to strengthen community responses to human trafficking while supporting organizational priorities and agency growth.
Essential Responsibilities Include Anti-Trafficking Initiatives (50%)- Service Coordination
- Support the establishment and long-term health of agency services for individuals impacted by human trafficking through strategic planning, outcome measurement, quarterly reporting, program evaluation, and maintenance of service-area policies and procedures.
- Ensure the availability and coordination of quality services for survivors of human trafficking in collaboration with community partners, agency leadership, and multidisciplinary teams.
- Facilitate coordinated client care and referral pathways with community partners and serve as a liaison across Safe Alliance programs.
- Assist in the development and implementation of staff training initiatives that enhance knowledge, skills, ethical practice, and survivor-centered service delivery.
- Manage client and stakeholder concerns, complaints, and grievances and utilize feedback to improve program quality and responsiveness
- Program Administration
- Support successful implementation of agency-wide anti-trafficking initiatives by acting as a liaison between agency staff, funders, and stakeholders.
- Attend cross-organizational meetings and manage contracts to ensure compliance with goals and objectives related to agency-wide initiatives.
- Maintain confidential and accurate client, stakeholder, intern, volunteer, and program records in agency databases.
- Research, write, and manage grant reports and grantor relationships as assigned.
- Adhere to agency and program procedures concerning documentation, Critical Incident Reports, Client Satisfaction Surveys, and quality assurance processes.
- Ensure the delivery of quality services through clear program procedures and guidelines.
- Executive Support
- Provide high-level administrative and project coordination support to executive leadership, including the President & CEO and other designated agency leaders.
- Coordinate special projects, strategic initiatives, community partnerships, and cross-departmental activities.
- Prepare, organize, and maintain materials for executive meetings, board committees, community collaborations, and stakeholder engagements.
- Draft, review, and coordinate correspondence, presentations, reports, briefing documents, meeting agendas, and follow-up action plans.
- Monitor project timelines, deliverables, and action items across multiple initiatives to ensure completion and accountability.
