We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Product Manager to own and drive all aspects of our banking product portfolio. This is a high-impact, highly visible role at the intersection of strategy, technology, and customer experience. You will work with the Executive team to set the vision, define the roadmap, and guide cross‑functional teams to deliver banking solutions that delight customers, outpace competitors, and generate sustainable business growth.
This is not a passive role. You will be expected to think like an owner, move with urgency, and balance long‑term strategic vision with near‑term execution. You thrive in a fast‑paced environment, know how to navigate complexity, and bring clarity to ambiguity. If you are energized by solving real financial problems for real people — and have the track record to prove it — this role was made for you.

- Ensure our banking products meet or exceed the expectations of today’s digitally savvy consumers.
- Identify and evaluate relationships with key fintech partners, core processors, payment networks, and technology vendors.
- Assist with vendor selection processes including RFP/RFI, due diligence, contract negotiation, and ongoing performance management.
