Work Schedule :
Ally designates roles as (1) fully on-site, (2) hybrid, or (3) fully remote. Hybrid roles are generally expected to be in the office a certain number of days per week as indicated by your manager. Your hiring manager will discuss this role's specific work requirements with you during the hiring process. The Opportunity The Digital Sales Platform Product Manager within the Marketing team owns a revenue-generating platform for the public website (storefront) and authenticated cross-selling experiences in the web and app. This role will be responsible for defining the backlog, driving innovation, and prioritizing enhancements that maximize return-on-investment for the core selling platform, including components, APIs, modules, page templates, and all work that requires software engineering.

Reporting to the Director Lead – Digital Sales / Storefront.

The Work Itself

Key Responsibilities:

Uses customer insights, experimentation, and performance data to identify opportunities and prioritize investments in the digital sales platform across web and app.

Partners with the Technology team by writing and refining stories, prioritizing their direct backlog and balancing technical enhancements against business priorities.

Participates in daily/weekly Agile routines with the team (stand ups, planning, refinement) as a member of the Scrum Team.

Collaborates with UX, Content Strategy, Business Line Product Owners, and Marketers to deliver an integrated channel strategy, assess value, build business cases, and implement changes that achieve business goals.

Deliver an increase in conversion via more effective storefront components and platform capabilities that grow our customer base for Deposits and Invest.

Identify operational efficiency and manage third-party solutions that support that platform.

Define a scalable platform that is efficient and delivers an increased speed to market for feature delivery.

Effectively presents strategy and content recommendations to partners across the organization, including senior and executive level management.

Leverages website performance data and industry trends to recommend and lead enhancements to site merchandising, content, features and tools

Balances a sales and service minded approach to create incremental business value while ensuring compliance with brand standards and industry regulations

Triages production issues with business and technology partners to ensure swift and satisfactory resolution with minimal impact to users and the business

Creates a consistent, proactive reporting routine for standard program updates and all testing efforts

Remains engaged in all steps of the enhancement and sprint process, including business validation/testing and participation in regularly scheduled technology releases

Qualifications:

5+ years of professional product or marketing experience working with development teams in an Agile environment.
