* Job Description:

** This role serves as a blend of Business Analyst and Project Coordinator, supporting operational, financial, and strategic initiatives across the organization. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills and advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and present complex data in a clear and actionable manner. Responsibilities include partnering with cross-functional teams to gather and validate data, managing invoices and purchase orders, tracking budgets, and ensuring financial information is accurate and complete.

A key aspect of the role is developing executive summaries, business cases, and financial justifications that translate detailed analysis into concise, meaningful insights for senior leadership, including GVPs and SVPs. Candidates should be highly organized, able to take direction and independently drive tasks to completion, and comfortable leveraging AI tools to enhance productivity, streamline reporting, and deliver data-driven recommendations that support business decision-making.
