Senior Product Manager, Order Quality

For our client, we are seeking a Senior Product Manager, Order Quality to join the team of a leader in the Consumer Technology space.

This role will own the product strategy and roadmap for order quality within the fulfillment experience, with a focus on improving how customers and shoppers interact with the platform. The position partners closely with design, research, and cross-functional stakeholders to identify pain points, define success metrics, and deliver scalable improvements. Success in this role will be measured by stronger engagement, better retention, and more effective execution across a fast-paced, operationally complex environment.

Location:

Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $184,000 – $233,000 annually

• Own the product strategy and roadmap for order quality within fulfillment
• Partner with design and research to understand customer and shopper needs
• Define success metrics and conduct rigorous A/B testing to enhance engagement and retention
• Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver compliant features at scale
• Communicate tradeoffs clearly and prioritize effectively for maximum impact

• 4+ years of product management experience, preferably in complex operational settings
• Experience in end-to-end product development from concept to scaled delivery
• Strong data literacy and analytical skills for effective decision-making
• Clear communicator who can influence cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders
• Deep understanding of shopper and customer experiences
