Production Assistant | Retail/Fashion | Contract Opportunity
We're looking for a Production Assistant to join a fast-paced retail/fashion team and help keep product orders, samples, vendors, and cross-functional teams moving smoothly.
What you'll do:- Manage department purchase orders and ensure accuracy/timeliness
- Coordinate samples with domestic and international vendors
- Communicate order updates, commitments, and sample status across teams
- Support Senior/Production Coordinators with go-to-market timelines and initiatives
- Pull and analyze reporting to support cross-functional deliverables
- Participate in milestone meetings and production projects
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 0-3 years of experience; manufacturing/sourcing experience a plus
- Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel
- Someone adaptable, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with a sense of urgency
