Prepory is seeking a Client Success Associate to manage family relationships from orientation through final admissions decisions. You will run orientations, lead parent check-ins with coaches, and escalate concerns when needed, while mentoring coaches on effective family communications.
You will nurture up to 15 students, guide personal statements and resumes, track deadlines, and help families choose the right college list and programming. This is a remote, full-time role with a commission plan.
