** Rotational Program - Insurance Solutions & New Markets
** Rotational Associates can expect to complete three 8-month rotational assignments within key areas of our Product and Business Development organizations such as Retirement Products, Product Development and Innovation, Business Strategy and Operations, and Business Development and Product Implementation.  Associates will build cross-functional proficiency by learning the techniques, skills and processes that deliver the highest quality results. Each rotation is designed to improve business acumen and build an overall understanding of TIAA's enterprise strategy.

Rotation assignments are determined by a combination of business needs, skills and experience, and the associate's desired career path.
** Key Responsibilities and Duties
*** Gains knowledge across various business functions of Product and Business Development organization to help inform career trajectory.
* Support a variety of projects by leveraging project management tools and processes to ensure seamless information flow across teams
* Assists in preparing information and research materials by leveraging Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
* Complete required in-person, virtual, and on-demand trainings.
* Collaborate with internal teams to help deliver on product or solution strategy
* Conduct meetings with subject matter experts to understand product offerings, life cycles, features, and benefits
* Utilizes academic knowledge, skills and experience to apply tactics and strategies to solve real business challenges.

* Background or coursework in financial services, business, economics, or a related field
* Demonstrated curiosity, drive, and an entrepreneurial mindset
* Interest in insurance, retirement products, business strategy, or product management
* Overall GPA of 3.0 or better  
** What You'll Experience
**** Rotation 1** –
** Product & Business Foundation (8 months)
** Get grounded in the core of IS&NM. You'll build foundational knowledge of TIAA's flagship fixed and variable annuity products — including TIAA Traditional, our flagship guaranteed annuity, and CREF, our suite of variable annuities — before expanding your exposure across the broader insurance and retirement product landscape. You'll support product management activities, contribute to business planning processes, apply foundational project management skills to help coordinate work streams and track deliverables, and begin building the cross-functional relationships that will define your career at TIAA.

* ** Growth (8 months) Go deeper.
** In this rotation, you'll contribute to new product development, innovation, and incubation efforts — or support business strategy and operational effectiveness initiatives that drive enterprise execution. You'll apply the foundation you've built to tackle more complex, ambiguous challenges, manage assigned work streams with increasing independence, and begin translating insights into actionable recommendations.  Specific rotation areas may include:
