For our client, we are seeking a Program Delivery Lead, Medicare Advantage Bid Operations to join the team of a leader in the Healthcare space.
This role will oversee the planning and coordination of a complex Medicare Advantage bid process, ensuring timelines, governance, and cross-functional execution stay aligned. You will partner closely with business leaders and stakeholders to manage program health, surface risks early, and drive mitigation plans that support strong bid outcomes. The position also plays a key role in process improvement, executive-level communication, and expansion planning across new plan initiatives.
Location:
Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available
Compensation: $138,200 – $190,100 annually
Responsibilities- Develop and manage the integrated annual Medicare Advantage bid plan calendar
- Serve as the point person for bid planning and governance feedback
- Identify risks and issues and facilitate mitigation strategies
- Monitor overall program health and escalte issues as needed
- Support retrospectives to improve processes and stakeholder engagement
- Establish and monitor key performance indicators for bid execution
- Coordinate new plan expansion strategies with partners
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution
- 5+ years of program or project management experience, or related experience
- Experience leading complex, cross-functional initiatives
- Demonstrated success managing executive-level meetings
- Proven ability to influence outcomes without direct authority
- Strong facilitation and stakeholder management skills
