Client Engineering Associate

About the role

Our Client Engineering team helps the business decide where to focus and how to grow our most important client relationships. As a Client Engineering Associate, you'll support the analysis behind those decisions, support planning for key accounts, and work on projects across the business. You'll work closely with the Head of Client Engineering and get early exposure to senior stakeholders and clients.

• Analyze client and commercial data to find trends, opportunities and risks
• Develop client-specific insights and analysis that help us advise clients on their hiring and talent plans
• Build reports, dashboards and models that help leaders make decisions
• Support account teams as they plan how to grow key relationships
• Contribute to internal strategy projects, from analysis through to execution
• Prepare the analysis and presentations for client business reviews, and join those meetings

• 0 to 2 years of experience in consulting, corporate strategy or analytics, or a strong degree in a quantitative or business subject
• Strong data and Excel skills, including working with large datasets
• The ability to build a presentation that tells a clear story and lands a recommendation
• Confidence working with senior stakeholders and asking good questions
• Comfort with ambiguity and curiosity about how a business works as a whole
