Lighthouse Technology Services is partnering with our client to fill their Vendor Program Specialist position! This is a 6 month contract with potential to extend and/or convert to full time and will be hybrid in Charlotte, NC. This role will be a W2 employee of Lighthouse Technology Services. No C2C or subcontracting arrangements will be considered.
What You’ll Be Doing:- Oversee licensing and program management for 8 enterprise SaaS platforms including workforce management, CRM, and collaboration tools
- Drive consolidation of fragmented vendor programs into standardized enterprise-level agreements to reduce organizational risk
- Manage day-to-day license administration including provisioning, de-provisioning, transfers, and access changes across all assigned programs
- Partner directly with executive leadership to provide program updates, usage insights, and strategic recommendations
- Prepare and deliver recurring operational reports on license consumption, billing reconciliation, recovery efforts, and renewal readiness
- Monitor vendor request queues and support tickets to ensure timely resolution and identify issues requiring escalation
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of licensing activity, entitlements, user allocations, and vendor records to support audit readiness
- Validate license counts and vendor-provided data for accuracy to support financial reviews and chargeback processes
- Coordinate vendor communications, user training sessions, product demos, and stakeholder meetings to maintain program visibility
- Execute approved operational initiatives including license cleanups, user migrations, consolidation activities, and access optimization
- 2-4 years of experience in SaaS vendor management, software licensing, or procurement operations serving as a point of reference
- Proven experience facilitating enterprise licensing programs and supporting technology teams with subscription-based models
- Strong organizational and documentation skills with meticulous attention to detail across multiple concurrent programs
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and reporting tools for data tracking, validation, analysis, and recurring operational reporting
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate with executive leadership, vendors, and cross-functional stakeholders
- Demonstrated ability to identify discrepancies in licensing data and vendor records and elevate appropriately
- Experience managing multiple requests and deadlines while maintaining SOPs in a fast-paced environment
Pay Range: $30-32/hr
