Contracts & Compliance Manager

We are seeking an experienced Contracts & Compliance Manager with strong expertise in FAR, VAAR, Revolutionary FAR Overhaul initiatives, corporate compliance, and federal contract administration. Former VA Contracting Officers, Contract Specialists, Procurement Analysts, and acquisition professionals are strongly encouraged to apply.

• Continue supporting Veteran care from the industry side.
• Apply expertise in VAAR, source selections, task orders, BPAs, and contract administration.
• Help shape acquisition compliance and business strategy.

• Manage the full lifecycle of government contracts, from proposal through award, execution, modifications, and closeout.
• Ensure compliance with FAR, DFARS, and company policies across all contract actions.
• Review, interpret, and administer contract terms, conditions, clauses, and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain complete and accurate contract files and documentation for audits and internal reviews.
• Lead contract and subcontract negotiations, including pricing, terms, conditions, and flow‑downs.
• Support subcontract drafting, review, amendment, and compliance monitoring.
• Track contract performance milestones, deliverables, funding, and obligations.
• Identify and mitigate contractual, financial, or compliance risks; escalation issues as needed.
• Support financial and program reporting, including DCMA/DCAA coordination where required.
• Partner with program management, finance, business development, legal, and supply chain teams to support contract strategy and execution.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, subcontractors, and government representatives.
• Support proposal development including reviewing solicitations, preparing contractual volumes, and identifying risk areas.
• Participate in pricing discussions, cost/price analysis, and negotiations.

• 5+ years of federal contracting, acquisition, compliance, or procurement experience.
• Strong working knowledge of VAAR and FAR.
• Experience supporting federal service contracts, IDIQs, BPAs, and task orders.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and organizational skills.
• Preferred Qualifications:
• Former VA Contracting Officer or Contract Specialist.
• FAC-C, CPCM, CFCM, DAWIA, or similar certification.
• Experience supporting healthcare contracts and audit activities.

• Sit, stand, walk, lift, squat, bend, twist, and reach above shoulders during the work shift
• Lift up to 50 lbs from floor to waist
• Lift up to 20 lbs
• Carry up to 40 lbs a reasonable distance
• Push/pull with 30 lbs of force
