This thoughtful and easygoing family in Charlotte, NC is seeking a full-time nanny to care for their infant twins beginning April 1, 2026. Job Title:

Schedule:
Monday through Friday from 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM
Weekend Requirements:

Compensation: $30 per hour, based on experience
Taxes:
The family will cover all mandatory employer payroll taxes. The nanny will be responsible for their employee tax with holdings, including federal and state income taxes.
Vaccination Requirements: COVID-19 vaccination and standard vaccinations required
NANNY’S DUTIES- Full care of infant twins
- Planning enriching play and learning experiences from day one
- Transporting children to activities and classes in nanny’s own vehicle
- Preparing lunch and snacks for the children
- Cleaning bottles and dishes used during the day
- Light housekeeping, including tidying clutter and cleaning kitchen messes related to childcare
Driving:
Required (must have own reliable vehicle with space for two car seats)
The family has a friendly pug. The nanny will need to let the dog out midday for potty breaks. No additional pet care is required.
Housekeeping Support:
Professional housekeeping services are provided twice per month.
The family resides in home near Midtown in Charlotte, NC (28204). Both parents work in the office five days per week, with occasional work-from-home days. The household atmosphere is relaxed, flexible, and open-minded. As first-time parents, they are excited to collaborate with a nanny who brings experience, ideas, and enthusiasm.
FAMILY PHILOSOPHY & IDEAL CANDIDATEThe family believes discipline is important but does not support corporal punishment or yelling. Gentle correction, redirection, and teaching are expected. Use of corporal punishment or yelling would be grounds for termination.
