Training will take place at The Little Gym of Charlotte on Providence upon hire.

Reinforcement of the Core Values and Mission Statement of The Little Gym, understanding the philosophy and program, and communicating information accurately and professionally to team and customers.

• Teaching:
  Teach amazing gymnastics classes based on our proven curriculum and teaching method (don’t worry, we’ll teach you how!). Teaching is your job, and you need to love what you do.
• Customer Service:
  Providing outstanding customer service and membership experience. We treat our members like family.
• Office Tasks:
  Answering phone calls, texts, emails, Instaply, voicemail, and walk‑in inquiries.
• Public Speaking:
  Sharing knowledge of all the programs and events we offer.
• Cleaning:
  Maintaining a clean and safe environment by cleaning equipment thoroughly.
• Schedules:
  Mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends – all possible shifts. This is not a 9‑to‑5!

• You love having fun, like giving high‑5s, and can play like a child! (A background in child development, physical education, and/or gymnastics helps as well)

The Little Gym is the world’s premier enrichment and physical development center for children ages 4 months through 12 years. Programs offer children a springboard to life’s adventures by using movement‑based learning and imaginative play to build confidence and skills at each stage of childhood. For over 40 years, our trained instructors have nurtured happy, confident kids through parent/child classes, gymnastics, dance, and enjoyable extras like camps, Parents’ Survival Nights, skill clinics and Awesome Birthday Bash parties.

Once you become a part of The Little Gym squad, you will join a team dedicated to the growth and development of children worldwide. All associated locations are independently owned and operated by a franchisee. Your application will go directly to the franchise Somersault Operating, and all hiring decisions will be made by the management of that franchise. Somersault Operating currently has 30 The Little Gym locations spread across 8 states.
