Position Overview
We are hiring dependable Entry-Level Construction Laborers to join our crew on the Two Kings Casino Project in Kings Mountain, NC. This role is responsible for a wide variety of physical tasks that support the building of large-scale commercial construction projects while ensuring the site remains safe, clean, and efficient.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform general cleanup and debris removal on the casino jobsite.
- Prepare and level ground for scaffolding.
- Load and unload tools, materials, and equipment.
- Assist with digging, lifting, and other physically demanding tasks.
- Follow all site rules and maintain strict adherence to OSHA safety standards.
Qualifications:
- No prior construction experience required — full training provided.
- Ability to perform physically demanding labor in varying conditions.
- Strong work ethic, dependability, and teamwork skills.
- Commitment to safety and compliance with site procedures.
