We're Hiring:
Experienced Construction Project Manager (Hospitality Focus)

• Are you a seasoned Project Manager with a passion for overseeing complex construction projects from start to finish? We're looking for someone with 5+ years of experience to join a high-performing team managing commercial construction projects — with a strong emphasis on hotel and hospitality builds

• Manage all phases of construction from handoff through closeout
• Lead project planning, budgeting, and resource allocation
• Coordinate efforts between architects, consultants, subcontractors, and field teams
• Monitor progress, hold status meetings, and maintain safety and quality standards
• Handle RFIs, submittals, change orders, billing, WIP schedules, and project documentation
• Identify potential risks, claims, and conflicts, and implement solutions proactively

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or equivalent experience
• 5+ years of commercial construction experience (hospitality preferred)
• Proficiency with MS Office, Project, Timberline, and On-Screen Takeoff
• Knowledge of MEP systems, OSHA regulations, and construction site safety
• Excellent communication, leadership, and time management skills
• Ability to travel to project sites as needed
