Position: Concrete Superintendent (Multi-Family Division)

We are seeking an experienced Concrete Superintendent to join their Multi-Family Division. This role serves as a critical liaison between project managers, subcontractors, field crews, and customers. The ideal candidate is highly organized, solutions-oriented, and able to lead multiple projects in a fast-paced construction environment.

• Uphold and promote the company’s mission, values, and goals
• Collaborate daily with the Multi-Family General Superintendent and Division Manager on project schedules
• Perform jobsite inspections to ensure quality, scope accuracy, and adherence to company standards
• Communicate effectively with customers, subcontractors, and vendors
• Manage and organize shop materials, equipment, and inventory
• Perform hands-on repairs and miscellaneous work when required
• Develop project plans and maintain accurate project documentation
• Read and interpret blueprints; understand reinforced concrete formwork and concrete finishing
• Order concrete and related construction materials as needed
• Work collaboratively with field personnel and project managers to achieve project goals
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols, budgets, and scheduling requirements
• Travel to various job sites, including frequent travel for concrete pour days

• Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Ability to multitask and adapt to changing jobsite conditions
• Willingness to work in a high-stress, fast-paced environment

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Prior construction experience required
• Frequent daily travel and regular overnight stays are expected
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to operate a skid steer or excavator is a plus
• Strong work ethic and high energy
• Comprehensive knowledge of concrete construction practices and principles
• Effective leadership skills with the ability to drive results
• OSHA 30 Certification with First Aid and CPR
