This is a full-time hybrid position for an Estimator based in Charlotte, NC, with some flexibility for remote work. The Estimator will be responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates, analyzing blueprints, collaborating with project teams, and ensuring timely completion of deliverables. Daily tasks include evaluating project specifications, compiling detailed material takeoffs, and working closely with vendors and stakeholders to ensure accurate project projections.

This position requires strong analytical skills, a keen eye for detail, and excellent communication.

• Proficiency in cost estimating, material takeoffs, and evaluating project specifications
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Experience in reading and interpreting blueprints and construction documents
• Effective communication and teamwork skills for collaboration with project teams and vendors
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in relevant estimating software tools
• Familiarity with construction materials and processes is preferred
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field is a plus
