As the Residential Reconstruction Manager in Lee County, FL, you can expect a dynamic day-to-day schedule focused on overseeing reconstruction projects from start to finish.   experience with direct reconstruction and demolition experience strongly emphasized
• Proven success managing multi-site high-volume residential reconstruction
  portfolios
• Strong background in estimating scheduling cost control and subcontractor management
• Demonstrated experience working with municipalities permitting authorities and regulated programs
• Ability to lead field operations decisively in dynamic fast-paced environments

• Strong knowledge of residential reconstruction
  methods, materials, and building codes
• Ability to interpret construction plans, specifications, and program requirements
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 and construction management software
• Excellent communication, leadership, and conflict-resolution skills
• Ability to travel statewide as required
• Bachelor's degree in construction management, related field or equivalent hands-on experience
