A leading architecture firm in Charlotte, NC, is seeking a Construction Administration Assistant to support the architecture team during the construction phase. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, well-versed in construction documents, and possess strong communication skills to coordinate effectively between architects, consultants, and contractors. Responsibilities include reviewing RFIs, supporting site visits, and maintaining documentation. Experience in architecture or construction coordination is preferred.

This position may require travel and will expose the assistant to typical construction site conditions.
