Description

• Lead on-site construction for commercial projects up to $100M
• Manage subcontractors, schedules, and project execution
• Ensure strict adherence to safety and quality standards
• Coordinate with Project Managers and internal teams
• Drive project delivery from ground-up through closeout

Profile

A successful (Sr.) Superintendent should have:

• Proven expertise in managing construction projects within the business services industry.
• Strong understanding of construction processes, safety standards, and project management principles.
• Exceptional leadership and communication skills to coordinate with diverse teams.
• Ability to analyze project requirements and implement effective solutions.
• A track record of delivering high-quality projects in a timely manner.
