We are seeking a motivated
** Project Engineer
** to join our team in the heavy civil construction industry. This role is ideal for individuals passionate about infrastructure development and eager to gain hands-on experience in managing large-scale projects such as highways, bridges, utilities, and site development.###
** Key Responsibilities
*** Assist Project Managers and Superintendents with daily project operations.
* Review and interpret project plans, specifications, and contract documents.
* Track project progress, prepare reports, and maintain accurate documentation.
* Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
* Support quality control and safety compliance on job sites.
* Assist in cost tracking, budgeting, and schedule updates.
* Participate in problem-solving and provide technical support during construction activities.###
** Qualifications**
* *
* Education:

** Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
* *
* Experience:

** Internship or co-op experience in construction preferred but not required.
* Strong understanding of construction principles and project management fundamentals.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with scheduling software (e.g., Primavera P6) is a plus.
* Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
