Up to $150k base + Truck + Benefits + Bonus

• You’ll play a key role on a landmark education construction project, taking ownership of technically complex scopes from coordination through delivery.
• This is a major institutional build with a substantial MEP package exceeding $50M, requiring an experienced Superintendent who can lead from the front, drive subcontractor performance, and manage high-level coordination across the project lifecycle.

• 5+ years’ experience in commercial construction
• Strong Superintendent experience on large-scale projects
• Heavy MEP coordination experience preferred
• Experience managing complex building systems, inspections, and subcontractors
• K-12, healthcare, or large institutional project experience highly preferred
• Ability to lead technically demanding scopes while maintaining schedule and quality
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Stable career history with long-term tenures preferred
