Project Manager - Construction

Path Construction is seeking a qualified Construction Project Manager to join our team in the Charlotte, NC area. We are a rapidly growing commercial general contractor with offices in Arlington Heights, IL;
Charlotte, NC;
Dallas, TX;
Knoxville, TN;
Tampa, FL; and Phoenix, AZ, managing projects across the country.

• Lead and manage a project team to deliver successful projects.
• Oversee day-to-day activities of subcontractors and suppliers.
• Administer contracts, procurement, estimating, pay requests, change orders and requests for information.
• Control costs, schedule, track submittals and maintain safety controls.
• Maintain and deliver a high level of quality.

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction, or Architecture.
• At least 5 years of experience as a project manager in commercial construction.
• 5+ years of overall construction experience.
• Primavera or Microsoft Project scheduling experience.
• Knowledge in estimating (a plus).
• Occasional travel (1-3 days per month).
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Strong technical expertise, excellent communication skills, and sharp attention to detail.
