Job Details
Senior Estimator – Senior level Estimator to join a top ENR General Contractor operating in over 30 states. The company works in Hospitality, Multi‑Family, Commercial, Senior Living, Healthcare, Health Clubs, and more. Competitive salary of $120,000–$150,000 per year, benefits, bonus, and PTO.

Responsibilities
Prepare detailed cost estimates for commercial construction projects, including labor, materials, and equipment.Utilize expertise in hard‑bid estimating to deliver competitive and accurate bids.Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and architects to understand project requirements and develop cost‑effective solutions.Review and analyze project plans and specifications to determine overall estimated cost.Evaluate subcontractor and supplier quotes to ensure they meet project specifications and budget.Participate in pre‑bid meetings and site visits to gather accurate information for estimates.Maintain and update a database of historical cost data for use in future estimates.Provide technical support and guidance to junior estimating staff.Participate in post‑bid reviews to learn from successful and unsuccessful bids.Qualifications
Minimum of 10 years of experience in construction estimating, focusing on commercial projects.Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, or related field preferred.Proven expertise in hard‑bid estimating.Excellent analytical and mathematical skills with attention to detail.Strong communication and interpersonal skills, collaborative with diverse team.Proficiency in estimating software and relevant computer applications.Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and regulations.Equal Opportunity EmployerJobot is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
