• Prepare conceptual, schematic, GMP, and hard bid estimates
• Perform quantity takeoffs and pricing analysis
• Solicit and level subcontractor/vendor pricing
• Review plans and specifications for scope gaps and risk

• Coordinate design and preconstruction efforts
• Support constructability reviews and value engineering
• Develop preliminary schedules and logistics plans
• Work directly with architects, engineers, and ownership teams

• Build relationships with Developers, General Contractors, Architects, Municipal clients, Trade partners
• Support proposal development and pursuit strategy
• Help identify and position future opportunities

• Manage bid schedules and deadlines
• Coordinate bid submissions
• Prepare RFIs and scope clarifications
• Assist with presentations and interview preparation

• 5+ years experience in estimating or preconstruction
• Commercial construction experience required
• Strong understanding of Construction drawings, Quantity takeoffs, Project budgeting, Bid analysis, Scope development
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Ability to think strategically and move fast

• Design-build experience
• Public/Government project experience
• Bluebeam, Procore, Buildertrend proficiency
• Existing Charlotte market relationships
• Bilingual (English/Spanish)
