We are seeking an experienced and driven Superintendent to join our team and take full ownership of high-end custom home builds from groundbreak through to client handover. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who thrives in a high-spec environment and takes personal pride in the quality of their work.
You will be the primary point of contact on site, managing all day-to-day field operations, subcontractors, schedules, and quality standards across projects with a minimum build value of $2.8M.
Key Responsibilities- Manage all on-site construction activities from pre-construction through to final delivery and client handover
- Oversee and coordinate subcontractors, ensuring work is completed on schedule, on budget, and to the highest quality standards
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organised job site in full compliance with OSHA and company safety requirements
- Conduct regular quality control inspections throughout all phases of construction
- Manage project schedules, proactively identifying and resolving delays before they impact delivery
- Serve as the primary on-site liaison for clients, architects, designers, and trade partners - maintaining the concierge-level experience our clients expect
- Review plans, specifications, and submittals to ensure accuracy and flag discrepancies early
- Document daily site activity, progress reports, and any issues requiring escalation
- Mentor and develop on-site team members and trade partners to uphold company standards
- 4+ years of experience as a Superintendent on high-end luxury residential builds
- Demonstrated experience managing projects at $2M+ in build value

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills - comfortable working directly with high-net-worth clients and design professionals
- Ability to read and interpret architectural and structural drawings
- Proficient in scheduling, documentation, and project management tools
- NC General Contractor knowledge preferred; OSHA 30 certification a plus
- Base Salary: $130,000 – $150,000 (dependent on experience)
