An established and growing telecommunications infrastructure organization is seeking a Telecommunications Construction Foreman to oversee field operations supporting complex wireless network deployments. This is an opportunity to join a team delivering mission critical connectivity solutions across commercial and enterprise environments while leading skilled crews through every phase of construction.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives on guiding field operations, building strong teams, and delivering results in a dynamic construction environment. You'll be trusted with managing job sites, coordinating subcontractors, maintaining quality and safety standards, and helping deliver successful projects throughout the region.
What You'll Do- Manage field operations throughout the entire lifecycle of wireless construction projects, coordinating daily activities to keep work progressing safely and efficiently.
- Direct company crews and subcontractors while maintaining a safe, productive, and professional job site.
- Coordinate schedules, materials, equipment, and field resources to keep projects moving efficiently.
- Review project plans, specifications, and technical documentation to guide proper installation and field execution.
- Monitor workmanship and verify installations meet customer expectations, quality requirements, and industry standards.
- Maintain communication with project management, customers, and field personnel regarding project status, schedules, and potential challenges.
- Complete field documentation, progress reporting, and project records using cloud-based collaboration tools.
- Support project planning by identifying material needs, coordinating deliveries, and resolving field issues before they impact schedules.
- Promote a strong culture of safety while ensuring compliance with OSHA guidelines and company procedures.
- Work at various job sites across the assigned territory, with flexibility to assist on additional projects as operational demands evolve.
- Background managing field personnel on telecommunications, low-voltage, or similar infrastructure construction projects.
- Strong preference for experience with in-building Distributed Antenna System (DAS) deployments.
- Demonstrated ability to oversee day-to-day project execution while working with a high degree of autonomy.
- Experience supervising technicians, subcontractors, and multiple work activities simultaneously.
- Knowledge of distributed wireless systems and related diagnostic equipment, including SOLiD, ADRF, and Anritsu, is considered a plus.
- Comfortable using Google Workspace or similar cloud-based project collaboration tools.
- Willingness to travel Monday through Friday as project schedules require.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
- OSHA 30 certification preferred. Candidates without certification should be willing to obtain it after hire.
