As Project Manager, you'll oversee multiple site civil construction projects from award through to successful completion, ensuring they are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

• Manage site civil construction projects from pre-construction through closeout.
• Oversee project budgets, schedules, forecasting, cost control, and financial reporting.
• Coordinate field operations, subcontractors, suppliers, and project teams.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, and subcontractors.
• Review contracts, change orders, RFIs, submittals, and project documentation.
• Mentor and support Assistant Project Managers while collaborating closely with senior leadership.
• Ensure projects meet company standards for safety, quality, production, and client satisfaction.

• 5+ years of experience managing site civil construction projects.
• Strong experience in - Site Development, Grading & Earthwork, Underground Utilities, Storm Drainage, Water & Sewer Infrastructure
• Excellent project management, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to build relationships across clients, field teams, and subcontractors.
• Good accounting and financial management skills, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
• Proficiency with Procore, Vista, Bluebeam, and standard Microsoft Office applications.
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
