As Project Manager, you'll oversee multiple site civil construction projects from award through to successful completion, ensuring they are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
As a Project Manager you will:- Manage site civil construction projects from pre-construction through closeout.
- Oversee project budgets, schedules, forecasting, cost control, and financial reporting.
- Coordinate field operations, subcontractors, suppliers, and project teams.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, and subcontractors.
- Review contracts, change orders, RFIs, submittals, and project documentation.
- Mentor and support Assistant Project Managers while collaborating closely with senior leadership.
- Ensure projects meet company standards for safety, quality, production, and client satisfaction.
- 5+ years of experience managing site civil construction projects.
- Strong experience in - Site Development, Grading & Earthwork, Underground Utilities, Storm Drainage, Water & Sewer Infrastructure
- Excellent project management, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to build relationships across clients, field teams, and subcontractors.
- Good accounting and financial management skills, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
- Proficiency with Procore, Vista, Bluebeam, and standard Microsoft Office applications.
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
