We are hiring a Superintendent to support continued growth and increasing project demand.
This is a critical, high-impact field leadership role where you’ll take ownership of day-to-day project execution, ensuring schedules stay on track and crews perform at a high level.
As a Superintendent, you will serve as the primary onsite leader, managing crews, coordinating operations, and driving production across active projects. You’ll play a key role in keeping projects moving forward while maintaining strong relationships with builders, subcontractors, and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities- Lead daily onsite construction operations
- Manage schedules, production timelines, and workflow
- Oversee crews (typically 4–15+ personnel)
- Coordinate material orders and resolve jobsite challenges
- Process and manage change orders
- Communicate critical updates to Project Managers
- Ensure efficient execution, safety, and quality standards
- 3–5+ years of construction experience
- Strong background in commercial & structural concrete
- Experience with:
- Post-tension construction
- Elevated decks
- Cast-in-place walls
- Large-scale commercial or multifamily projects
- Based in North Carolina
- Primarily local day travel within assigned territory
