Builtech is currently seeking an Assistant Superintendent to join our fast‑paced and team‑oriented environment.
Responsibilities- Assist in coordinating daily operational objectives, timelines and goals.
- Assist with the on‑site safety program to maintain a safe jobsite per the requirements of OSHA and the Builtech Safety Plan.
- Develop and manage project schedules using Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Project.
- Schedule and coordinate subcontractors and ensure overall contractual performance.
- Assist project team in developing and implementing project procedures, management tools, standards, etc.
- Include interfacing with owners, subcontractors and architects.
- Daily communication with your project teammates.

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in construction or a construction‑related college degree is preferred.
- Proficiency in computer software systems: MS Office (including Excel and Project) and Procore.
- Leadership skills such as self‑awareness, positivity, assertiveness, delegation, negotiation & organization.
- Must be able to lift and carry up to 40 lbs and push and/or pull 40-pound loads at the same time.
- Must be able to stand, walk & climb multiple sets of stairs while carrying materials weighing up to 40 lbs.
- Must be able to traverse and inspect all areas of jobsite in all types of weather; this may include walking, climbing, reaching, bending, or stretching.
- Exposure to characteristic construction site dangers.
- Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
- Valid Driver’s License and willingness to travel.
