Hi-Way Paving, Inc. is seeking an experienced Prep Foreman to join our team. This hands-on role includes building concrete forms, supervising a crew, and ensuring grade, formwork, and steel placement meet project specs before concrete placement.
You’ll work with site leadership, coordinate daily production goals, and travel to sites across the region as needed. Candidates should have 3+ years in heavy/highway or airfield construction and strong safety credentials.
