We are looking for builders with a keen eye for details. Compensation includes a base salary of $85K‑$110K, a company vehicle, laptop, and excellent bonus potential.

Responsibilities
  • Oversee construction projects from permitting to completion while monitoring compliance with project specifications, budget, and construction standards.
  • Visit each open project daily to monitor progress of work, status of subcontractors, and verify that materials are on site, stored properly, and the job site is clean and presentable to company standards.
  • Maintain a daily job log in Buildertrend (include notes, pictures, etc. as needed to keep the team informed).
  • Maintain daily open communication with clients via phone or email. Over‑communicate and always keep clients informed of the activities.
  • Inspect all ongoing work for quality standards and ensure the work is being done per company plans and specifications.
  • Communicate any deficiencies with vendors or employees to see that the work is corrected if needed.
  • Check in with/inspect work done by field employees daily and hold them accountable to the work they are doing.
  • Plan and prepare construction schedules in advance of need—approximately 2‑3 weeks out—and monitor the schedules to ensure projects are completed within the proposed timelines. Update schedules often to keep the team and client informed.
  • Facilitate all revisions, changes, and additions to contractual agreements with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers, including change order creation, pricing, approvals, distribution, and implementation of all approved changes.
  • Develop and maintain excellent relationships with trade contractors, consultants, designers, architects, engineers, building inspectors and most importantly clients.
  • Analyze all projects, anticipate areas of risk, and proactively develop solutions to prevent and minimize those risks. Manage any problems that arise during construction.
  • Attend weekly meetings and facilitate all on‑site meetings with clients, including pre‑construction meetings, owner meetings (as needed or scheduled), and substantial completion meetings.
  • Be attentive to client needs and be available to the clients.

  • Ability to supervise and effectively communicate with carpenters, subcontractors, and internal staff.
  • Experience with $50K‑$200K+ projects.
  • Proficient with Buildertrend or similar construction management software tools.
  • Experience managing multiple jobs simultaneously.
