JPI is seeking a Lead Assistant Superintendent to support the Superintendent in overseeing field construction across multifamily projects. You will coordinate subcontractors, monitor safety, oversee SWPPP compliance, manage schedules, and ensure quality workmanship daily, with a focus on meeting project goals and on-time closeouts.
The role requires 4+ years in construction with supervisory experience and familiarity with multifamily procedures;
Bachelor’s in construction is preferred.
