Ames Construction in Charlotte, NC seeks a Heavy Equipment Operator to join our field teams on road, site and infrastructure projects. You will operate dozers, excavators, scrapers, loaders and motor graders, perform routine maintenance, and follow safety policies on site.
This role requires ability to work extended hours, nights, weekends, and in varying weather conditions, with a strong focus on teamwork and reliability on challenging jobsites.
