Description:

Our client is a Top 250 ENR Contractor with a 75+ year history of completing a wide range of general commercial, education, manufacturing & multi-family construction projects throughout the eastern US. We are seeking a motivated Project Manager to join the Charlotte, NC team. This is a F/T Charlotte based role with no travel, and professional growth opportunities in Operations and/or Pre Construction.

• Functioning as the primary point of contact for the client including resolving all design & budget concerns, updating the client on any scheduling issues and ultimate oversight of all correspondence covered during weekly progress meetings
• Effectively manage multiple vendors & subcontractors
• Planning & supervision of construction progress and provide reports on timeline, progress & adjustments
• Establish & maintain project financials
• Provide financial reporting & cost projections
• Procure required materials & equipment to job site
• Creating a job site culture centered around safety, accountability & team first mentality
• Training junior team members

• A minimum of 5 years of project management experience overseeing budget, schedule & execution of commercial construction projects > $20MM.
• Some degree of experience with multi-family and wood frame construction
• 4 year degree in construction management, engineering, business or related degree applicable to commercial construction & effective project management
• Able to multitask, prioritize and manage time efficiently
• An aptitude for technology along with an ability to utilize industry leading, user-friendly project management, accounting & scheduling platforms

120K - 160K base salary (salary dependent upon work & project history), company provided vehicle & fuel card, full range of benefits including annual incentive bonus
