Preconstruction Manager - Commercial

We're hiring a Preconstruction Manager to lead planning, estimating and preconstruction services for complex commercial construction projects throughout the Greater Charlotte Area.

Our client is an established Top ENR GC with a strong commercial portfolio and long-standing client relationships. Their precon teams work closely with owners, architects and operations leaders to establish project budgets, evaluate design solutions and reduce risk before construction begins.

You’ll lead estimating, budgeting, value analysis, procurement strategy and client coordination while partnering with operations teams to support project execution.

• 8+ years of experience preferably with a Top ENR GC
• Experience leading preconstruction services for commercial, corporate, healthcare, mixed‑use or other large-scale construction projects
• Ability to build lasting relationships with clients, design teams and trade partners

Competitive compensation package ranging from $170,000 to $225,000
