HDR is seeking a Resident Project Representative in Asheville, NC to observe water and wastewater utility construction activities. You will maintain daily records, photograph progress, generate reports, and coordinate with the project team including the Owner and Contractor.
The ideal candidate has 5+ years field experience, familiarity with contracts and codes, and the ability to read drawings. OSHA 10-Hour certification is preferred, with strong teamwork and communication skills.
