The Specialized Recruiting Group is actively seeking a Senior Estimator for a Charlotte, NC site development client. You will prepare cost estimates for grading, utilities, earthwork, and site development, review plans, and develop competitive bids with subcontractors and suppliers.
Ideal candidates have 2–5 years in construction estimating, strong analytical skills, and experience with B2W Estimate, AGTEK, Trimble, Civil 3D, or Viewpoint Vista ERP, plus Proficiency with MS Office.
